The Espinosa 601 La Bomba Warhead X is a Nicaraguan puro that will come in a 6 x 55 toro vitola, but one that comes in an oval-shaped press. The cigar is produced at the San Lotano Factory in Ocotal, Nicaragua.
“This year’s bomb is very special,” said Erik Espinosa via a press release. “We began teasing it at La Zona Palooza. My son worked tirelessly on the design and presentation for this release; the entire sales team has been chomping at the bit to get these to retailers. Personally, I am very happy that the PCA is in March, and we didn’t have to wait to launch the Warhead in July as usual. I have no doubt it will be the talk of the show.”
“It’s one of several new limited cigars we are releasing at the show, but I must admit that this one is special,” said Hector Alfonso, director of operations for Espinosa Premium Cigars. “It was our first limited release, and our fans just love this cigar. With the whole team pumped up for this release, I wanted to add a little wrinkle from the previous nine releases and decided on an oval shape toro.”
