Founded in 2011 by master blender Reineir Lorenzo, the HVC brand was created in honor of Havana City, Lorenzo’s hometown in Cuba. Hand rolled in the Cuban tradition, HVC cigars uses well-aged tobaccos for its binder and filler and an eclectic selection of premium wrappers. Sophisticated and perfectly balanced, each HVC cigar delivers a unique smoking experience.
The HVC Hot Cake line is known for releasing bold cigars. Their Golden Line Connecticut takes things on the milder side with an overall smooth, creamy profile and some touches of spice. Its smooth Ecuadorian Connecticut Shade wrapper sheaths a binder and filler made of premium Nicaraguan tobacco. This is the first time the Hot Cake line has released a Connecticut Shade cigar. The cigars are handmade in Nicaragua at HVC’s factory in Esteli.
