Crowned Heads has announced that it will release the new Las Calaveras Edición Limitada 2022 next month. It will be made entirely of Nicaraguan tobaccos capped off by a corojo 99 wrapper. This is not only a new blend for the series, but also the first time it has been a Nicaraguan puro. Like prior releases, it is rolled at My Father Cigars S.A. in Estelí, Nicaragua.
“The corojo obscure wrapper results in a flavor profile that, in my opinion, is reminiscent of the signature ‘My Father’ style of delivering classic Nicaraguan structure and intensity, while retaining complexity and balance,” said Jon Huber, co-founder of Crowned Heads, in a press release.
